These ideal energy bites take less than 15 minutes to make and are perfect for meal prep or if you are looking to have a healthy snack around the house. Easy & Healthy Workout Energy Bite Recipe
Before you start, line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup!
Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy organic peanut butter
1/3 cups agave
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 hemp seed
3 Tablespoon of Raisins or 2 tablespoons of chopped organic Dates
3 Tablespoons of Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until well combined. Now for the fun & sticky part! Roll into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Once you have all the balls formed, place them in the fridge. You can come back 15 minutes later, an hour, or a day later and they will be set up, and you will be ready to take a bite out of the day with these easy & healthy Workout Energy Bites.
