I love making these banana and peanut bites and keeping them in my freezer for when I am craving something sweet. It’s usually occurs late at night so I don’t feel so guilty if I pop a couple of these into my mouth while enjoying a good series on Netflix. I also throw them into my morning smoothies it makes a great energizing pick me up for breakfast and starts my day off on a positive note.




  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons of  Organic Peanut Butter like Justin’s  (crunchy or smooth)


  1. Cover a baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Dice the banana into roughly 1/2 inch slices.
  3. Pair each slice together & place a dab of peanut butter on one slice and top with the other.
  4. Place banana slices on wax paper and place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. After they have set place in a ziplock bag and freeze till they are completely chilled and you are ready to bite into the delicious goodness.
