I love making these banana and peanut bites and keeping them in my freezer for when I am craving something sweet. It’s usually occurs late at night so I don’t feel so guilty if I pop a couple of these into my mouth while enjoying a good series on Netflix. I also throw them into my morning smoothies it makes a great energizing pick me up for breakfast and starts my day off on a positive note.
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tablespoons of Organic Peanut Butter like Justin’s (crunchy or smooth)
Instructions:
- Cover a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Dice the banana into roughly 1/2 inch slices.
- Pair each slice together & place a dab of peanut butter on one slice and top with the other.
- Place banana slices on wax paper and place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
- After they have set place in a ziplock bag and freeze till they are completely chilled and you are ready to bite into the delicious goodness.
