Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Oatmeal With Chocolate And Peanut butter the modern day girlfriend
I never was a huge oatmeal eater as a kid but now as an adult, I put oats in everything. The one thing I noticed though is if I don’t mix or eat my oatmeal with some form of protein, I am hungry literally 30 minutes later. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing from there and I not only had more energy I was fuller longer. Below is my recipe for my Chocolate & Peanut butter Oatmeal. ⠀

Ingredients⠀

1 cup of water ⠀
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats ⠀
1 scoop ancient nutrition chocolate collagen ⠀
1 tbsp hemp seeds⠀
1tbsp chia seeds⠀
1 tbsp organic peanut butter ⠀
1/2 a banana sliced ⠀
Small handful almonds ⠀
1 tbsp of coconut shreds. ⠀
A sprinkling of Chocolate chips ( Optional)⠀

Instructions 

In a saucepan heat and stir together the water, oatmeal, hemp seeds, chia seeds, peanut butter, and collagen. Once at a boil of desired consistency pour into a bowl and top it with toppings of your choosing! Enjoy! ⠀
