Healthy Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

This smoothie is one of my favorites, especially during the summer. One sip and you feel like you are relaxing on the beach somewhere, minus the hot cabana boy fanning you ever so lightly.

I also enjoy drinking this for breakfast in the summer months, packed with great nutrients and antioxidants, it leaves you full and helps you feel bikini ready.

 

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of organic orange juice
  2. 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  3. 1 teaspoon flax seed.
  4. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  5. 1 cup blueberries
  6. 1/3 cup blackberries
  7. half a frozen banana
  8. 5 organic strawberries

Instructions:

In a blender place orange juice and chia seeds, let sit for about 2 minutes. After set, add all other ingredients, blend together and enjoy.
