Whether you are looking for something new and exciting to do with your significant other, your girlfriends or you looking to master that dish that you seem to burn every time you try and make it well do I have the answer for you!

The other night my girlfriend Romy Raves put together a  group of girlfriend’s that embarked on a delectable food and wine journey at  HipCooks LA, a hands-on cooking class that’s not only fun but the food is delicious! Taught by a warm and welcoming staff you can’t help but know you are in good hands.  “Where measuring is banned and tasting is encouraged,” my girlfriends and I had the best time cooking, chatting and sipping on some incredibly wine. Paired perfectly with the night’s menu of fresh and light dishes, The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc was the perfect touch with tasting notes that not only awoke our tastebuds with fruit flavors underlined with a crisp finish it balanced the menu of fresh seafood perfectly. Great for  date night or enjoying a nice glass of wine by yourself after a long day of work.

As the wine flowed, responsibly of course, we were using sharp knives so did the conversation and that’s what I loved about the whole experience. Not only are you learning something new like a recipe or a cooking technique but you are getting to know one another on a completely different level. To me there is nothing like sharing stories as you prepare a meal it reminds me of growing up helping my mother cook in the kitchen and that’s why I wanted to share this incredible find with you and not to mention the wine! Hip Cooks  allows your inner chef to come out and the best part is that every class ends with a dinner party!

CHEERS!
