Banana, Coconut, Cocoa Nib Cookie
2 ripe bananas
1 cup coconut shreds
1/3 cup cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven 375
In a bowl mash the bananas together, once mashed combined the coconut shreds, mix till combined, next add cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips!
Place a decent size scoop on a prepared baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
Stay fresh in fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
