I have to admit, I would watch one of my friend’s and fellow blogger make her recipe for Monkey Cookies on her stories and they always looked so delicious to me. I kept telling myself, I should make those so here we are today, with my vegan twist on her monkey cookies!
These Monkey Cookies are the perfect amount of sweet because there is no added sugar, they are just sweetened by maple syrup. The texture from the banana and the bite from the oats and chocolate chip cookie makes you want the whole tray!

Vegan Monkey Cookies
3 Bananas and
1 cup almond Flour
1/2 cup chunky organic peanut butter
4 Tbsp maple Syrup
3 TBSP vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp coconut flakes
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 banana for topping optional or place banana chips on top when they come out of the oven.
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients, until well combined. Scoop onto parchment paper and bake at 350 for 10-15 or until golden brown.
