As you know, if you have followed me on here or my instagram you would know I love me some pancakes! Below I have put together on of my favorite pancakes that is packed with nutrients and health benefits!
Ingredients:
Makes 1 serving
1 scoop Vanilla Tone It Up Protein
1 scoop collageen
½ banana, mashed
½ TBSP. almond milk
1 egg white
1 TSP. Cinnamon
1 TBSP Hemp Seed
1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed
Coconut oil spray or one scoop of coconut oils.
Directions:
1. Mash banana with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients.
2. Spray pan with cooking spray or wait till coconut oil is melted. Heat over medium-low before pouring in batter. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
