That’s why I wanted to share with you my easy overnight oats recipe that literally only takes 5 minutes, packed with nutrients and is waiting for you when you roll/run out of bed!

Here is my simple yet delicious overnight oats recipe. I hope you enjoy and it makes your morning that much more enjoyable!
You Will Need:
Either one clean jar with lid or a mason jar with lid!
Ingredients
Makes one serving.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (1/2 cup = about half the jar)
- 1 cup planet based milk (eg. soy milk, almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 3 sliced strawberries or fruit of your choice.
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds and or chia seeds
- all sorts of fresh or frozen berries ( Note that they will melt and the water will release in oats!)
