Honestly, since finding new ways to include more fruits and vegetables into my diet, I truly haven’t felt better both physically and MENTALLY! One of my favorite ways is to drink them, and let’s be honest going to get juice or a smoothie from a store can be expensive so I like to make mine at home, that way I know exactly what goes into them as well as keeping the cost down! 
Below I am sharing my morning start Cucumber & Celery Juice. 

Made in a magic Bullet so size accordingly.  


1/2 cucumber cut up 

4 stalks of celery diced fine.

 1/2 cup water

 Juice of 1 lemon


If you don’t have a juicer-Place all the ingredients in a magic bullet & blend. Over a cup filled with ice, cover the cup with strainer, pour ingredients over stainer, use a spoon to push liquid through. This makes about a 8 0z glass of juice.
