We know, we know…You have probably heard millions of health tips now that we are five days into the New Year. Each year there are new fads, tricks, and cleanses that promise to get you in the best shape of your life. While we do love a fresh pressed juice and healthy meals, we are all about everything in moderation because come on…how could we give up our wine and french fries? However, one healthy snack we swear by is something that prevents our waistlines from growing.

If you have not tried Kind bars, then you are missing out. These nutty delicious bars are so tasty, your mind may even think you are eating an indulgent treat. However, they are oh so good for you! Here are ways we love to use them to help us stay fit, happy, and healthy….and of course keep us from getting “hangry” and stay kind!

  • Pre Workout Fuel: About to go for a hike or have a long work out? Kind bars are the perfect fuel to keep your body moving for a long time!
  • Breakfast: Try crumbling up a delicious Kind bar over Greek yogurt and berries. This gives you your healthy fats and protein to give you the energy you need for a long day!
  • Restaurant/Party Calorie Saver: Kind bars are our go-to snack to eat an hour or two before going to a party or restaurant. Why? Let’s just say it helps us stay satiated and prevents us from diving into the bread basket or party cheese platter.
  • Dessert: Fresh sorbet or vanilla ice cream with 1/2 a crumbled dark chocolate sea salt Kind Bar? Say no more…
  • Purse Filler: No matter where we are, you can always find a Kind bar in our purse. That way no matter where we are, we always have a healthy snack if we get hungry.
