We know, we know…You have probably heard millions of health tips now that we are five days into the New Year. While we do love a fresh pressed juice and healthy meals, we are all about everything in moderation because come on…how could we give up our wine and french fries? However, one healthy snack we swear by is something that prevents our waistlines from growing.
If you have not tried Kind bars, then you are missing out. These nutty delicious bars are so tasty, your mind may even think you are eating an indulgent treat. However, they are oh so good for you! Here are ways we love to use them to help us stay fit, happy, and healthy….and of course keep us from getting “hangry” and stay kind!
- Pre Workout Fuel: About to go for a hike or have a long work out? Kind bars are the perfect fuel to keep your body moving for a long time!
- Breakfast: Try crumbling up a delicious Kind bar over Greek yogurt and berries. This gives you your healthy fats and protein to give you the energy you need for a long day!
- Restaurant/Party Calorie Saver: Kind bars are our go-to snack to eat an hour or two before going to a party or restaurant. Why? Let’s just say it helps us stay satiated and prevents us from diving into the bread basket or party cheese platter.
- Dessert: Fresh sorbet or vanilla ice cream with 1/2 a crumbled dark chocolate sea salt Kind Bar? Say no more…
- Purse Filler: No matter where we are, you can always find a Kind bar in our purse. That way no matter where we are, we always have a healthy snack if we get hungry.

My favorite KIND bar, the hardest decision ever, has to be the peanut butter dark chocolate + protein!! I love eating them plain, smothered with peanut butter, in my yogurt, or as a pancake topping!

I think my favorite has to be the Thai Sweet Chili! I have these in my purse ALWAYS! as my email says , I am a sports mom and whether I am on the field or on a gym having these handy makes all the difference not only to a hungry mom but a hungry athlete 🙂

I first saw Kind bars on a Home shopping show. I was thinking ok really? How good can they be? I did not order, but then I spotted them in my local grocer, bought a few…Amazing! First one and I was hooked!
They are so heathy and so tasty! My husband brought them home one day and was eating one! Then in about an hour later he was eating another one! Then I knew they had to be great! I had one and loved it! They truly are made with a variety of healthy ingredients! There over 20 different types! One of my favorites is maple glazed pecan sea salt crushed over vanilla ice cream!!!!!
I love pretty much all of the kind bars! My favorite way to eat them is actually at work. As a nurse working 12 hours constantly I need a high protein snack that will make me feel full & also fuel me. It’s a total treat too! I feel kinda naughty eating it because it tastes so indulgent but it’s so good for you. My favorite is the sea salt dark chocolate. Salty. Sweet. Crunchy. Chocolate. Need I say more? Kind bars fuel this Emergency room nurse! 🙂

I’ve never tried KIND bars before, but I’d really like to try the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter kind.
I love eating them straight out of the package while out running errands! My favorite flavor is the maple with sea salt!

I like to eat Kind Bars as a post-workout snack, and as a treat on hiking trips. I don’t think I have a favorite flavor – I love them all!
I’ve actually never tried any of the KIND bars, but I have seen in them in the supermarket. After reading your review and the comments by readers I’m thinking I will have to try them!

I love KIND bars! Hard to pick just one favorite, but it’d have to be the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew + antioxidants. Just the bar, or on top of some greek yogurt… And now I’m getting hungry!
