Healthy Afternoon Snack : Spicy Cucumbers with hummus


This is a definite go to snack here at  The Modern Day Girlfriend, it is so simple to make and leaves you full & satisfied in  your choice for curbing off your mid day hunger!


1-2 Persian Cucumbers

1 Bottle Tajin

Humus( flavor optional, store bought or homemade)

Lemon or lime for flavor ( optional)


Clean and cut cucumbers, either length wise of into slices.

Place cut cucumber on plate, this is where you can either squeeze lime juice on or not than sprickle tajin,

Place hummus on plate and enjoy!
