Autumn Bark 1

I never really understood the obsessions with the whole Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas bark until, I started make this bark which I call Fall Bark, which transcends all of the holidays! Easy to make, easy to eat, this recipe is sure to be a holiday favorite!

Fall  Bark

  • 1 full bag of white chocolate pieces
  • 1 cup diced dried cranberries
  • 1/2 chopped nuts I used a mix of organic  unsalted almonds and walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4  tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt the white chocolate  pieces in the microwave according to the directions on the package.
  3. Mix in the cinnamon, nutmeg and clove into the melt white chocolate.
  4. Spread melted white chocolate on parchment paper.
  5. Top the white chocolate and spice mixture with the dried nuts and fruit!
  6. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes to set up.
  7.  You will want to remove the bark from the freezer and break into pieces.
  8. You can store the Fall Bark in an airtight container.
