Breakfast Wrap

Who doesn’t love a good breakfast burrito? Here is our take on a healthier version. Simple to make and delicious to eat this grab and go meal is not only healthy and nutritious, but  a perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients 

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla

2 Eggs  Scrambled

1 -2 Slice of  Swiss Cheese.

2-3 Sun dried Tomatoes sliced thin

1 Tablespoon of pesto ( store bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Basil For Garnish (optional)

Instructions 

We like to set up a station while making our breakfast burritos.

First  set aside your  cheese ready & sliced sun dried tomatoes &  pesto.

Whisk your eggs & place into pan scramble your eggs, and add a pinch of salt and pepper .

While cooking your eggs, heat your tortilla, allowing the tortilla to become more malleable.

Once heated, spread pesto, lay cheese and sun dried tomatoes than top with eggs and wrap.
