We love decorating them for the holidays, has Halloween is fast approaching we have put together a fun, easy and festive step by step to show you how fun it is to get everyone involved and celebrate the holidays.
Ingredients:
1 Package of mini pretzel
6 oz of White Chocolate
Box of Food Coloring
Instructions:
1. Set up a Mis en place ( in place) .
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & spray with non stick cooking spray. ( this helps release pretzel when chocolate hardens.)
3. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or melt chocolate in microwave string every thirty seconds until chocolate is melted.
4. Either using a spoon or kitchen tongs coat the entire pretzel with white chocolate.
Note: If decorating for the holidays this is where you will separate the white chocolate into separate bowls to add desired food coloring. Halloween, yellow, orange, white. Thanksgiving, Orange, red, brown. etc. Add about 3-4 drops, the more you put in the darker it will become.
5. Once coated sprinkle any desired toppings and lay on parchment paper.
6. Continue until white chocolate is finished. Place in fridge until harden. If you are not eating right away place in airtight container.
