Move over Cauliflower and make some room for Quinoa! Quinoa is so verstile if you ask me, you can swap it for rice, millet, oats, etc! Quinoa is not only delicious it is also healthy for you!
Did you know that 1 cup quinoa contains over 8 grams of protein and is another good source of nutrients like manganese, magnesium, and copper so it is pretty safe to say even adding a small amount to your diet would be beneficial!
