When I was coming up with this recipe I couldn’t help but think of this being a great dish this would be for kids and adults alike. Getting your kids to try new foods can be tricky so why not be a little tricky yourself. These Polenta fries with marinara look like fries and ketchup and they’re deliciously delectable! I have loved polenta since I was a kid, not to mention made it all the time in college! Next meal time try these Polenta fries out!

Vegan Polenta Fries Recipe

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
    2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
    3. Cut your polenta in half width-wise. Halve each half length-wise. Then, cut each fourth into thirds length-wise. Finally, slice each third lengthwise into 3-5 fries.
    4. Place your fries in a single layer on your parchment-lined cookie sheet.
    5. Sprinkle with seasonings and drizzle with olive oil.
    6. Bake for 20 minutes, remove & flip fries.
    7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
    8. Serve alone, or with a favorite condiment (I like marinara).
    9. Enjoy!
