We all know that I love me a smoothie and it’s no secret I love putting oats into my morning smoothies. “Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health benefits. These include weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease.”- health line.
Not only do I put oats in my smoothie, I make pancakes them with it, cookies, protein balls, etc.
