The Paloma
The Paloma has to been one of my favorite cocktails, super simple and easy to make the flavors are refreshing and invigorating. You can’t really go wrong when you mix tequila and grapefruit juice together in my book. We all are aware that cocktails can pack not only a punch but a “few” extra calories. That’s why I have made a few minor changes to my Paloma recipe.
Ingredients:
(Serves two )
2 oz Tequila (Patron)
1/2cup Organic Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Soda water
Lime sliced to garnish & salted rim ( optional)
For salt garnish:
( Optional/Not Pictured)
2 tablespoons of sea salt
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped.
Instructions:
To Make Salt:
On a cutting board, incorperate the salt and rosemary by chopping ingredients together. Wet rim of the glass in water and dip it into salt and rosemary garnish. Set aside.
To Make Paloma:
Place ice cubes in serving glasses.
In a small pitcher or a large glass mix together tequila, grapefruit juice and soda water, stir till combined. Pour into rimmed glass and garnish with a lime on the side.
What’s your favorite cocktail?

Great blog!! Just found it and love love love the pictures and ricpees. My four year old has always been afraid of thunder but it miraculously was cured when a thunder storm broke out when being in the car and he could see the lightning all around us. All of the sudden it turned into something “cool”. I thought it would freak him out even more, but no.
