Strawberry Chia Jam

This is a super easy recipe that is great to add on to toast or on top of a delicious muffin. Packed with incredible nutrients this recipe is a great one to always have on hand.


2 cups chopped Strawberries

Zest of ½ lemon

Juice of ½ lemon

1-2 Tbsp Organic Bee Keeper’s Honey to taste (optional)

1/8 Tsp cinnamon ( optional)

2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds


Clean and prep your strawberries. Next you will want to add them to a pot and place it on  the stove over medium heat stirring occasionally. It will take roughly about 5 minutes to cook down. Next you will want to add the chia seeds, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon  and zest of a lemon. Stir until all is combined and  remove it from the heart. Stir and let it sit off the heat for about 5-10 minutes, you will want to let it cool down. Once cooled, enjoy or pop in the fridge and use within a week.
