Ingredients ( Snack : Protein Balls)

  1. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats.
  2. 1 scoop vanilla plant -based protein powder
  3. 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  4. 1 Tsp flax seed
  5. 1 Tsp hemp seed.
  6. 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)*
  7. 3 T natural honey.
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  9. 1/3 cup raisins, chocolate chips, craisins or preferred add-in. ( Optional)

Instructions:

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together, place in the fridge to harden for minimum of 1 hour. ENJOY!
