Emerald Cucumber Basil Gin Fizz
St. Patricks Day is a day to celebrate your Irish heritage. And if you aren’t Irish, let’s face it, it’s a pretty good excuse to have a cocktail. In college we may have done the pub crawls and sipped on green beer (that dyed our tongues jolly rancher green for days after…yuck!) with our friends, but this year we are putting a classier touch to the green-filled holiday. Instead of the fake dye, we are adding in fresh greens to our beverage to make this libation extra refreshing. While it may be classier than college green beer, we are warning-consume a few of these, and you may be kissing an Irish man and we’re not talking about the guy on the front of your Lucky Charms box.
