I know I am may be late to the craze but I don’t think healthy food options ever go out of style! On a recent trip to Palm Springs a girlfriend of mine made her delicious overnight outs! Recently, I have been craving them so I thought I would put my hat in the ring so below I put together a delicious recipe for overnight outs that is packed with delicious and healthy nutrients!

Makes 1 servings

Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

1 scoop Collageen

1 cup quick cooking oats

1 TBSP . Ground Flax Seeds

1 TBSP. Hemp Seeds

1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk

Cup up Blueberries

Directions:

1. Combine 1/2 of the blueberries with all ingredients in a mason jar.

2. Store in fridge overnight before serving and add other half of blueberries on top! ( you can add them all in at the start depending on your preference.)
