I am definitely one of those people whose “snacks” usually turn into an all day graze fest. Noticing my eating habits I wanted to make a change, don’t get me wrong I wanted to continue to snack but I wanted to be able to have some down time in between the fork to my mouth! I wanted to find snacks that were healthy but also kept me full until my actual meal so that’s what I did.
Below is my list of go to healthy snacks that keep me going through out my day!

Apple and String Cheese: An Apple and String cheese can help curb your appetite by providing you with additional protein and healthy fats.
Kale Chips: A great alternative for chips high in vitamins this snack won’t leave you with the guilt and the empty chip bag!
