  4. Grapes ( 28)
  5. Rice Cakes 2 tbsp of Almond Butter
  6. 2 Cups of Strawberries with 1 TSP of Reddi Whip
  7. Half Bell Pepper with 3 Tablespoon hummus.
  8. 1 Cup of Frozen Grapes ( Perfect for a hot summer day or curbing your sweet tooth at night.
  9. 1 Large Cucumber Diced tossed  with 2 TBSP of Rice Wine Vinegar.
  10. 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter with 1 Medium / Large Stock of Celery
