If you’ve been my friend on here and or my social media you know I typically have my oat pancake every morning and if I am not enjoying that deliciousness, I love a delicious bowl of oatmeal that I can pack with all the incredible fertility packed nutrients!

Walnuts: They are excellent source of omega-3 fats and vitamin E.

Hormone Balancing Oatmeal
1/2 quick cooking oats
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop collagen
1 cup water
Topped with
1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
Sprinkle Goji Berries
Instructions
In a sauce pan bring 1 1/2 cup water to a boil and add oatmeal. Cook too desired consistency. Take off the heat and mix in chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds.
Transfer into a bowl and add a scoop of collagen in and mix, top with toppings and enjoy.
