With that said, if you have a bathtub I highly recommend lighting some candles, drawing yourself a bubble bath with amazing bathing salts, etc and allow yourself to step into the bathtub with a good book! Reading a book is a great way to relax and reconnect with yourself rather than scrolling through social media feeds! The book I am currently enjoying is called My Ex-Life by Stephen Mccauleya bestselling author of The Object of My Affection ( side note: The Object of My Affection was made into a movie with Jennifer Anniston and Paul Rudd.
