Ways to spruce up your water for summer
I will be honest, drinking water is not one of my favorite things to do but I do it. There really is no escaping it, your body needs it to survive. It truly is amazing how your body will react when it needs to be replenished, sometimes we even confuse thirst pain with hunger pain. Did you know that drinking 8 glasses of water a day can help keep your skin clear, help with brain fog, aiding in restful sleep, digestion and so much more.
I get it water can be boring to drink but by adding ingredients into my water like lemon not only does it flavor the water but adds extra nutrients to my day. I especially love drinking flavored water during the summer months, each sip makes me feel like I am on vacation somewhere tropical or at a spa. Below I have put a list together of some of the flavored waters that I drink, feel free to mix and match, cheers!

Cooking tip: For best results let the water infuse for a couple hours, I suggest making it the night before and enjoying it in the morning. Fill up your water bottle and start your day the healthy way!
