- Set small goals as well as larger goals you want to achieve at your job. Remind yourself of them when you feel you have lost your drive.
- Make weekly and monthly checkpoints (Track your progress and reward yourself when you reach them)
- Don’t get too down on yourself and remember to give yourself a break.
- Remember why you started, use that reason to push you through the daily obstacles.
- Learn from others. Listen, read or watch other people’s stories and how they achieved their goals in life. If they could do it so can you, we all have the same amount of hours in a day.
