Oats are a great source of fibre, B vitamins, Selenium, Zinc and Magnesium which are all wonderful nutrients but also incredible for fertility.
I also love adding things like chia seeds which are a great source of fibre and omega-3 along with nuts like walnuts, hempseed, flaxseeds, etc, all great nutrients for fertility.

Smoothie with oats
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1tsp ground flaxseeds
1 scoop vanilla collagen (optional check with your doctor first.)
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. In a pan melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil over low to medium heat, once melted pour the mixture into the pan and cook it for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown, flip and repeat! Enjoy!
