Walnuts: They are an excellent source of omega-3 fats and vitamin E .

Apples : Great source of fiber.

Chicken : Chicken is a great source of B12

Quinoa: Quinoa is a nutritional powerhouse. It is a complete protein and high in magnesium, folate (folic acid), Vitamin E (antioxidant), iron and phosphorous. *

Avocados: Great source vitamin E, which studies have shown can be beneficial in improving the lining of the uterus.

Hemp seed:  Studies show that a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids may improve egg maturation and quality while also increasing the likelihood of embryo implantation. *

Goji Berries: Studies show that eating goji berries can increase sperm count and promote follicle growth. *

1/2 Apple sliced

1 small Chicken breast sliced

1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

1/3 cup organic Quinoa

1/2 sliced  Avocado

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

2 tbsp Goji berries
