Monday Motivation
I am changing things up for this Monday Motivation. Today, I wanted to share 5 tools I use to start my week off on a positive and productive way. I will be sharing more tips along the way but I wanted to share the 5 tools I am currently doing on this beautiful Monday morning! I hope you find them as useful as I do. Have some of your own? 1. I write everything down: I start the week, my cross checking my calendar, lists, etc. I have a dedicated journal where, each day, I write everything I have to do for the day down, appointments, meetings, blog posts, etc and cross them off as I go. Not only does this help keep me organized, I love the feeling I get when I physically see the pen cross off a task on my list!
2. Be positive: This shouldn’t just be only on a Monday morning but an everyday thing! Even though Monday mornings are seemingly a bit more tough. I try and remind myself each day is a gift. We should start our week with an “attitude for gratitude.”
3. I learn one new thing a day: Whether it is from reading the paper(online), finding a new book to read or meeting someone new. I try and find one thing in my day that I didn’t know the day before.
4. I clean my make up brushes: I do this at the start of every week. I have sensitive skin that is prone to break outs so by cleaning my make up brushes every Monday, it helps keep things clean and ready to go! Which helps me feel confident in the skin I’m in!
5.Organize the Fridge: I like to do this every Monday when I am done with work. This way I can see what I have that is still good for the week and what I will need to buy.
