Greek Salad


Serves 4-6

This salad is so simple to make whether you are on the go or need to find the perfect salad to serve with tonight’s dinner. This salad recipe is not only a healthy one but also very affordable.



1 Cup Feta Cheese

1 Cup or case of Cherry Tomatoes slice in half length wise

1 Large Cucumber cut into quarters.

1 Large Red Onion sliced into quarters ( smaller if desired)

12 seeded Kalamata Olives cut in half( Optional)


½ pound Romaine Lettuce, rinsed and dried.

Salad Dressing:

½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Jucie of one large  lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons of dried Oregano

Pinch of salt and pepper


  1. In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  2. In larger bowl place all salad ingredients & add dressing mix till ingredients are fully covered.
