It is probably safe to say that my body is probably made up of 75 % smoothies. I just love smoothies because you can pack them with such nutrients as well as flavors that you love. When we were planning our wedding and had our civil ceremony I drank this smoothie daily. I just love the addition of the spinach hidden among the berries, as spinach “packed with vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Also, berries are loaded with antioxidants, may help improve your blood sugar, high in fiber, help inflammation, some say they are great for your skin, etc. All great to keep you calm cool, collected during the wedding process and just in life in general.
