Healthy Snacks: Frozen Grapes

Next time you have a sweet craving try grabbing a handful of frozen grapes. These perfect bite size treats are great all year round, especially during the summer months, not only do they keep you cool but help curb your sweet tooth. This is one of my go to “desserts” when I am trying to watch my weight, after a few my sugar craving is gone and I am satisfied. Ingredients:

1 LB of Seedless Organic Green Grapes

Instructions:

  1. De-stem grapes and thoroughly wash them.
  2. Dry them.
  3. Place in Ziploc bag
  4. Let freezer for 3-4 hours
  5. Enjoy

Fun Tip: Add frozen grapes to your white wine, keeps it cool with out watering it down.
