Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
As we are headed further into the Fall months, this dish is sure to be a hit at your dinner table, holiday or not. This is a great recipe to try on adult and children who are trying brussels sprouts for the first time. Let us know what you think!
Ingredients:
1 bag of Organic Brussels
3-4 slices of Bacon ( Finely Chopped)
Instructions:
1. Cut bottoms off of the Brussels Sprouts and take off top leafs.
2. Cut Brussels Sprouts in half and rinse them in cold water.
3. Drain Brussels Sprouts and dry well.
4. Cook Bacon in pan, take cooked pieces aside and chop fine.
5. Drain oil from pan ( place oil in glass bowl and wait till cool before you throw away or place down your drain)
6. Cook Brussels Sprouts in pan, cook till they turn brown and crispy.
7. Once crispy add bacon to pan until warm.
