Cinnamon Rolls are my true weakness but I honestly rarely have them because if I make them I would eat the whole pan and when I do eat one, it isn’t pretty. I GO to town and there is no shame in my game but it isn’t the healthiest option to eat cinnamon rolls all the time so I came up with these cinnamon roll bites to curb the craving and their made with healthy ingredients!
Cinnamon Roll Bites
2 cups raw cashews soaked ( I soaked mine overnight)
8-10 large Medjool dates (pitted) roughly about 2 hours.
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp hemp seed
2 tbsp coconut flour
3-4 tbsp Coconut Sugar sprinkled
Blend, soaked raw cashews, dates, cinnamon, vanilla, hemp, flaxseeds, and coconut flour in food processor blend.
place in fridge to harden. for an hour, next scoop into balls.
melt coconut butter and. drizzle over the balls.
