You can ask my husband, I am “dip” person through and through. I love DIPS and I know that bruschetta isn’t really a dip but it has never stopped me from dipping my bread or even a spoon into it. The smells and flavors remind me of my childhood cooking in the kitchen with my nana and my mom. It brings me back instantly and I live in the moment until the last bite I guess you can say the spicy feta dip is my Greek side and this bruschetta is my Italian side!
This bruschetta is great anytime of year, a great dish to bring to any party or holiday celebration! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
