5 At Home WorkOuts For Lazy Girl

I will be the first to admit, I am sitting here writing this blog post in what some may see as my “gym” outfit which is better known to my girlfriends as our brunch friendly attire.  Feeling like I am going to be  a member of society and do something good for my health, like work out or go on a hike,  it seems that the day escapes from me (again). That’s why I put together a list of five  “lazy girl” at home work outs, that you won’t have to think twice about.

1. In The Shower: 3 reps of 10 Squats.

2. Vacuuming: Lunge from one side of the room to the other.

3. Chopping: 3 reps of 10 Ankle Lifts (ankle weights optional)

4.  During the commercial break: hold a plank for the duration of the commercial break.

5. Setting the table: Either before or after table is set, do side 3 sets of 20 Side Leg Lifts. (ankle weights optional)
