Roasted Potatoes

Keeping this CRIPSY train going, today I am sharing one of my favorite recipes for potatoes, roasted potatoes!
I always thought I had to stay away from potatoes when trying to lose weight or to eat “healthy” but if there is one thing that I learned it is everything in moderation and how you cook it. ⠀

Below is my easy & delicious recipe for roasted potatoes!

Roasted Potatoes 

1 small bag of potatoes halved or quartered ⠀
1/3 cup olive oil ⠀
1 tsp garlic powder ⠀
1 tsp onion salt ⠀
Sprinkler of pepper ⠀
A couple of dashes of Italian seasoning ( optional) ⠀
Salt ( to taste) ⠀

I used my @breville oven to bake these! ⠀


First, you will want to preheat your oven to 400!⠀

Next, you will want to line your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray! ⠀

While you are waiting for your oven to hear up you will want to wash and dry your potatoes, cut them into halves or quarter them. Place them in a glass bowl, cover them with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, onion salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss it all together in the bowl. After evenly coated, pour the potatoes on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. I like to move the potatoes around every 15 minutes so every side can become golden brown! ⠀
