Ways To Recharge During Your Day
Do you ever hit a point in your day when you’re just done, you have no energy or your mind wanders to a thousand different places. I know mine does and when that happens, I know I need to take a break, step away, recharge and come back to my work when I feel more clear headed and focused.
If you are like me and find yourself having mid-day slumps below I have put together 10 ways to recharge during your day. I try to do more than one on the list, like stepping outside for some sun, stretching or going for a walk. You don’t just have to stick to one thing or if you only have time for one of the things on the list make an effort to really focus on it and allow yourself the time to unwind and recharge it is huge for your productivity and energy.
I’m working on making a habit of stretching twice a day. It’s quick and simple, and makes my body feel more relaxed!
